Strap-on or harnesses have always attracted my attention, although until I received this one belonging to the Shiri Zinn BDSM Collection I had not tried any. Given my sexual preferences, let’s say I never needed it, or came to consider it an option with any of my lovers, which seems a shame on the other hand …
Let’s discuss the presentation: The harness is made of vegan leather, though the dark red model is made of real leather. Following the ethnic inspiration of this collection, it has attractive decoration of beadwork on the back, resting on the buttocks and adding a more interesting touch aesthetically. That decoration is created with handcrafted African glass beading.
The touch of the leather is very resistant, pleasant and soft; important considering it will be in direct contact with the skin and will withstand a certain level of friction, both when adjusting straps, and during use at the time of penetration.
Adjust
On the front it has a reinforced ring used to adjust the dildo of the collection, or any other dildo with similar characteristics. You can purchase the harness separately or with the dildo, but it is always good, regardless of this, that you can use another dildo to increase usability and continue enjoying your favorite dildo, only with a prettier harness.
I am of generous hips and worried that, like many other harnesses on the market, this would not adapt to my curves, and be a «I want but I cannot» issue. However, I trusted Shiri Zinn when she explained it was worth a multitude of sizes as she didn’t lie. Its long straps help to adapt the strap-on to your hip and thighs, giving the option to shorten or lengthen them so it’s perfectly placed. I can’t predict the «size limit», but once on me saw it would accomodate several larger sizes too.
It sits well and I manually adjusts each strap, making it possible to adjust it, more or less, on one side without being loose on the other. As for adaptability, it is wonderful.
Beaded decoration is very sensual. It rests on the buttocks and moves with the movement of the hips, caressing the skin in each onslaught, which has its extra excitement. The negative thing I forsee with the decoration is that it is necessary to be careful not to break the tassles. So to use it, personally I would recommend any posture that does not involve a constant pressure on this area, (so not lying on my back, for example).
Important
Perspiration is inevitable, and often increased during sex. This makes us sweat more, and areas where the harness rubs are more prone this; but nothing out of the ordinary. Vegan leather, like real or any other material, can make you sweat, but it is much easier to clean than cloth straps. With a slightly damp cloth, wipe the harness to clean it (be it sweat or other fluids) and dry it later.
When putting on this harness you have several ways to do it. You can wear it already assembled and then adjust straps so it fits you perfectly; adjusting one side and then the other, or let another person adjust the straps for you, which is a more exciting option. The latter lends itself to an erotic gift game, whether with caresses, rubs or kisses… Any accompaniment is good to favor erotic stimulation.
Let’s talk about the dildo. As I said, you can buy this harness with or without the dildo. My opinion is that, as you are, buy the complete set, and 
try the sensations that a ceramic dildo provides; a little known material for these products but with great advantages; such as its thermal properties and how hygienic & ecological it is.
Without large displays of size, the dildo has manageable dimensions so that nobody gets scared. The pottery is decorated with a flower motif made with 9 carat gold leaf, handmade in England.

This material is characterized by a soft, slippery touch and, as noted above, allows for thermal play. You can use it at its natural temperature, or cool it with cold water, or warm it up with hot water. This will make the ceramic adapt to the temperature to which it’s exposed and absorb the preferred temperature for several minutes, which can be very interesting in practice. I prefer the cold effect, but you can try heat if you prefer. Do remember to watch out for extreme temperatures so at not to burn yourself!
The rounded, narrower tip facilitates the penetration and introduces of the rest of the dildo, either vaginally or anally. Do not forget to wash it before using it in a different orifice, or use condoms for separate holes and / or sexual partners.
The dildo, when not in use, can be a decorative element on your most erotic shelf, although this is not suitable for all audiences, or visits…
In short, the Shiri Zinn Beaded Strap-On seems a different and very attractive alternative to me when compared to other harnesses on the market. Not only does it focus on a functional design, but it pays attention to the aesthetics and added value of an erotic element beyond a means to an end, penetration in this case.
The piece is sensual, fits perfectly, is easy to put on and is comfortable with or without the dildo placement. A product to keep in mind if you are looking for an original strap-on and leave your partner with his mouth open.
